1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Wave Digital Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Google Ads management, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and related services as detailed in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for campaigns
• Grant necessary access to advertising accounts, websites, and analytics
• Review and approve creatives, copies, and strategies in a timely manner
• Make payments as agreed in the service contract

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in individual service proposals or contracts. Generally:

• Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each billing cycle
• Ad budgets are separate from management fees and must be funded by the client
• Late payments may result in pausing of services

5. Results Disclaimer

While we use best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results (traffic, leads, conversions, or revenue) as digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, ad budgets, and client products/services.

6. Intellectual Property

All creatives, strategies, reports, and content produced by us for your campaigns remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, clients own the deliverables as specified in the contract.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We will transfer all account access and deliverables upon receipt of final payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
